Arris Contracting Company, Inc. (Arris) was hired for a multi-phase Construction Management project by the Beacon City School District in 2008 after completing a $5 Million addition as a General Contractor for their Rombout Middle School.

Phase 1

​

South Ave. Elementary elevator, boiler and window replacements, Glenham Elementary roof replacement and other miscellaneous renovations to the High School, JV Forrestal Elementary, and Sargent Elementary.

Phase 2

​

Sargent Elementary elevator addition, VAT floor abatement, new resilient floors, roofing, new parking lot, South Ave. Elementary roofing, fire alarm, PA, parking lot.

 

Glenham Elementary VAT floor abatement, new ceilings and lighting.

 

Beacon High School new tennis courts, asphalt paving, gym floors, hardware replacements.

 

JV Forrestal Elementary elevator addition, roof replacement, new fire alarm and PA system.

Phase 3

​

Consisted of new basketball courts, HVAC upgrades, roofing, masonry restoration, light fixture replacements, electrical panel board upgrades, and pool renovations.
