In February of 2015 ACCI was awarded a public works contract for the Fallsburg JR/SR High School and Elementary school. The project consisted of ADA upgrades, new aluminum entrances, abatement, flooring upgrades, bathroom and locker room renovations, pool room renovations. The project was completed in 9 weeks over the summer session break.

In addition, ACCI was awarded a public works contract with the Fallsburg School District for the following sitework:

The project scoping included, 12000 SF of sidewalk replacement, paving, ADA upgrades, Administration parking upgrades, removal and replacement of their existing tennis courts, replacement of 1/2 of their track, upgrades to their storm water management systems.

All work was completed on time with the exception of the tennis court replacements. An unforeseen high water table caused a redesign of the subgrade systems and pushed the schedule into October.
