We are a progressive and innovative Construction Management / General Contracting firm with over 35 year’s success in business. We are looking for Field Superintendents for multi-year Educational/Commercial construction projects located in Westchester County, NY.

TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and schedule.

• Includes interfacing with client representatives, AE representatives, prime contractors, etc.

• Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as daily reports, quality control status reports, schedule updates, punch lists, etc.

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.

• Direct prime contractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

• Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

​

• 4-yr college degree preferred but not required. Desirable study concentration in construction management.

• 5+ years in construction industry/general contracting public works market.

• Experienced in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction.

• Experience in managing multiple activities and tasks.

SALARY:  $40,000 - $125,000
